These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of InternshipForMe ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Platform

InternshipForMe is an online platform connecting students seeking internships with employers offering internship opportunities, facilitated through college affiliations. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to any internship agreement between a student and an employer.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts without prior written consent from us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

Students: May apply to internships, upload resumes, and track applications. You must not misrepresent your qualifications, skills, or identity.

Employers: May post internship openings, review applications, and manage interns. Job postings must be legitimate opportunities; spam, fraudulent, or misleading postings are strictly prohibited.

Colleges: May manage student affiliations and track placement activity for their registered students.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent internship opportunities.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward any user.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the Platform.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, design, code, and text — is owned by InternshipForMe or its licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, profiles). By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to display and process this content to operate the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job postings, the suitability of candidates, or the outcome of any internship application. We are not responsible for the actions of employers, students, or colleges on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, InternshipForMe's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email for material changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
