This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made on InternshipForMe. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.
1. Subscription Plans
InternshipForMe offers subscription plans for employers and colleges to access premium features. Subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase (monthly or annually).
2. Cooling-Off Period — 7 Days
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date, provided that:
- This is your first subscription of this plan type.
- You have not extensively used premium features (e.g., posted more than 1 job, or made more than 5 premium-access application views).
- You submit your refund request to billing@internshipforme.in within the 7-day window.
3. No Refund After 7 Days
After the 7-day cooling-off period, subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
4. Annual Plan — Early Cancellation (Within 30 Days)
If you purchase an annual plan and cancel after the 7-day cooling-off period but within the first 30 days, you may be considered for a prorated refund of unused months, minus a processing fee of ₹199. This is at our sole discretion and evaluated case-by-case.
No refund is available for annual plan cancellations after 30 days of purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Renewal charges after the subscription has auto-renewed.
- Partial month or partial period usage.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Any add-on services or one-time purchases.
6. Technical Issues
If a technical problem on our end prevented you from using the Platform, please contact us within 7 days of experiencing the issue. We will investigate and, if the fault was ours, offer a service credit or refund at our discretion.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay. The exact credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@internshipforme.in with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order ID].
- Include your registered email address, the plan purchased, the purchase date, and the reason for your request.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days.
